Phoenix Lander Moving to Florida
The Phoenix lander was loaded into a C-17 transport plane today at its birthplace in Colorado at the Lockheed Martin facilities for transport to Kennedy Space Center, FL. The plane should land around 3:30pm pacific time. This is the first opportunity for something to go wrong, and also the first time it will undoubtedly exceed the expectations of the opponents of this mission.
